This project was born 6 years ago, when the Belgian artist decided to plant more than 4000 flowers in his garden, thus causing a complete metamorphosis of the place, with the desire to understand the different dynamics of nature. Understanding how plants bloom, evolve through the seasons, how they interact with each other, this is the meaning of the approach ofArne Quinze.
Through this series of paintings, Arne Quinze gives life to a garden that one would believe to be straight out of a dream. He captures nature in its wild state, driven by a naive energy translated by his acrylic brush into a swirl of colors, sometimes enhanced by copper details. Each work is an ode to diversity, and bears witness to the passing of time as well as the present moment, and to the simple beauty found in nature, and in each flower.
Arne Quinze has made a name for himself thanks to his massive installations, tangles of wood of which one of the most famous was the construction UCHRONIA built for the Burning Man 2006, a cathedral-arch of 30 meters high and 60 meters wide.
