Since its creation, Leclaireur is in search of new looks, new talents ready to enrich fashion with an atypical language, subtle and rich in creativity, with the ever renewed desire to share and surprise.
Therefore, Leclaireur is delighted to propose, from Monday June 26, closing the Paris Fashion Week, the second collection of Kanghyukand to count this young designer among those whose vision, so personal, conquers the hearts of fashion lovers who discover them.
Kanghyuk is a complete wardrobe, from jackets to pants, including caps and trench coats, black, almost transparent, or white with red piping, as if almost summed up in their primary function, to dress and protect the wearer. The installation will also be presented in Los Angeles at H.Lorenzo, Machine-A in London.
Kanghyuk Choi is a designer from South Korea. A graduate of the Royal College of Art, he launched his first collection Spring Summer 2017 made from airbags, which he deconstructs, a work entirely done by hand, and uses their pure form to create pieces that look like they come from science fiction movies.
The designer uses original materials to create silhouettes halfway between urban and sportswear. Discover the radical, almost futuristic modernity of Kanghyuk, from June 26, exclusively at Leclaireur Sévigné.
