When Guiliano Balestra, designer and bootmaker, founded his company 20 years ago, he chose the proximity of the Adriatic Coast. In the Italian way, he developed the business with his family and created models for sharp eyes in search of avant-gardism and uniqueness. As the saying goes, a well-made pair of shoes can take you far.

Artselab obviously offers a range of black models of all kinds, but Balestra's artistic inclinations lead him to distill touches of white, metal, and even wood, which always find their place, creating works of art - strictly speaking - capable of taking you anywhere, even to the ends of the earth. Thick, handcrafted soles contribute to the House's savoir-faire. The post-modern aesthetic can boast a new master - just look down.
